COB LEDs - reduce cost and save energy in lighting applications

The most popular technology used in lighting is SMD, where light elements, miniature light-emitting diodes of low and medium power, are surface mounted, usually on a flexible tape. An interesting solution in modern lighting are high-power LEDs in COB (Chip-On-Board) technology constructed from a greater number of light-emitting diodes placed under one lens with the use of a phosphor on a board with a very small area.
